Dmar Interiors is a full-service interior design firm that was founded in 2006 by Mollie Ranize in sunny Los Angeles. Known for their California Modern style, their designs have been featured on over a dozen HGTV shows such as House Hunters Renovation, House Crashers and Flip or Flop. Their work has also been featured in national and international publications such as AD, Living Etc., 25 Beautiful Homes, Traditional Homes magazine, Rue Magazine and more. The driving force for Dmar Interior’s inception was the desire to not only create beautiful and functional spaces throughout Southern California, but to do so in a way where clients were heard and represented in those spaces.
While designing spaces, both Residential and Commercial, from concept until completion, a few things lead the way. We start with a client’s goals, we pay respect to the Architecture at hand, and then we put our California Modern twist on it. That means that the overall finished product will be clean and thoughtful, while having a little freedom to add color and texture throughout. Our clients are a part of every step of the process from the floor plan development, material and furnishing selections through window treatment design, styling, and turn-key installations.
Dmar Interiors has successfully completed hundreds of high-end designs for discerning clientele in the entertainment, athletic, tech, financial, law and medical industries. Project locations include: Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Montecito, Mammoth, Sun Valley, Manhattan and Atlanta to name a few.

Dmar Interiors’ Founder and CEO. Mollie has over 20 years of experience as a professional Interior Designer. She leads every project in Dmar Interiors, from a creative and aesthetic point of view.
Whether designing a custom furniture piece, incorporating family treasures, or making the best use of an awkward room, Mollie brings a vision to every project to help create each client’s ideal space.
Mollie is a LEED-accredited designer and has been featured on a variety of HGTV programming including House Hunters Renovation and Flip or Flop. She was also frequently tapped to design spaces for House Crashers, which aired on DIY Network and HGTV.
Mollie is a graduate of the University of Florida and resides in Coto de Caza with her husband, Greg, her 5-year-old daughter, Emmie and their best friend Bennie the former street pup turned lap dog.
KIM SERANI
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Kim is a Senior Designer and Project Manager. She has been with Dmar for over 10 years now and has a total of 16 years of experience in the field.
Kim’s designs are creative, maximizing the use of space and catering to the client’s needs and individual style. Results appear as if they have naturally evolved.
Kim is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and is married to her husband, Massimo, who she met while living abroad in Rome. She resides in Hollywood and has a passion for travel, photography, and cooking.
Kalyn Daude
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Kalyn is a Junior Designer and the newest member of the Dmar Team. She has been with Dmar for only a few months but has a total of 8 years of experience in the art consulting and interior design fields.
Kalyn has a Masters Degree in Interior Architecture and will create and coordinate with Mollie to produce most of your technical drawings and renderings.
Kalyn resides in Orange County and has a love for animals, travel and baking.
RAUL CHAVARRIA
PURCHASING COORDINATOR
Raul is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive work experience within both the hospitality and high-end residential sectors of interior design. He has successfully managed high-end hotel and residential projects from initial project bidding, budget analysis, sourcing, price negotiations, accounting, logistics, expediting through installation supervision.
Raul is married to a successful Interior Designer and has 2 sons. They are long time residents of Los Angeles.
GREG O’LEARY
Managing director
Greg is the Managing Director of Dmar Interiors. He has been with Dmar Interiors for a little over a year and has 20 years of experience working in business management.
Greg brings a client focused approach to his work as Dmar's CFO, Head of HR and Head of Business Development. You may work with Greg on billing questions or project set up, but behind the scenes he is also the one always asking, "How can we make the experience better for our clients?"
Greg is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and is a Massachusetts native who moved to Los Angeles in 2004. He also happens to be Mollie's husband. Don't hold that against him.
